John, I am very pleased with the fine work performed by you and your staff in
developing the Vittoria Phoenix web site. As you are aware, this is not our first
web site but you have achieved what others were not able to do. That is, you
gave us a Content Management System (CSM) that allows us to manage the site
content such as giving us the ability to insert announcements and messages to
our customers and to manage product information and prices in the shopping
cart.

With over 2000 items in our product line-up and more than 1,600 customers
spread across 6 time zones, the web is the only way we can keep in constant
touch with our customers. Today, the market demands instant communication
and the web gives us the capability to meet that demand.
Thank you for giving us a critically important tool. We have been impressed with
your service from our first meeting when we went through the quotation process
and you have delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
