Apr 15, 2008: Picasso Fish has just launched the Norfolk Community Foundation Website. The Norfolk Community Foundation is an incorporated public foundation. Their objective is to accumulate capital, earn investment income and use this income to make charitable donations in Norfolk County. Picasso Fish has completed this website as a donation to the foundation so that they may gain awareness and raise funds to help our community.
